Why a bear is serving cocktails
I grew up surrounded by the sound of glasses clinking, the smell of good food, and the warmth of a lively atmosphere. My mom ran a local bar and later a small restaurant, and most of my family worked in hospitality too. I felt right at home, where people came together to laugh, eat, and share stories.
Later, I found a new stage in the world of dance. I spent years teaching and eventually started my own dance school. Movement, rhythm, expression... it was in my bones. But after 21 years, it was time for a new chapter.
Cocktails had been a side passion for a while, but over time they became something more. In shaking, I found that same sense of freedom. Flavours became my choreography. And the smiles of my guests? Still the best applause I could ask for.
People have always called me a teddy bear — warm-hearted, solidly built, and always ready to bring a little joy. And when a bear becomes a bartender…
… you get The Beartender.

Behind The Beartender is a duo driven by taste and experience.
Daniel and I don’t just share a life — we share a love for craft, creativity, and stories that resonate. From that shared vision, two worlds were born: Daniel with his chocolates, and I with my cocktails.
