• Photos or videos may be taken during events for promotional use by The Beartender (e.g. social media, website, etc.).
• If the client or a participant objects, this can be communicated in writing beforehand.
• Images are never commercially sold or used outside of The Beartender’s context.
• We are committed to always handling our clients’ privacy and public image with respect.
